  • The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee (USD) with the following costs, plus tax if applicable:.
  • A signed paper contract is required to be completed and returned to Property Manager.
  • - Due to local laws, regulations, or Homeowner Association rules, guests may be required to agree to additional terms of service.
  • - Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
  • Tents or other structures may not be erected.
  • - No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property.
  • - No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises.
  • Late check-out is offered whenever possible for a small fee.
  • - If early check-in is available for your reservation, you will be notified by 9 a.m.
  • - All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
  • - The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
  • No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.
  • - 2 dog(s), weighing 25lbs or less, are welcome in this home.
  • Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
  • - Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book.

    The next day my wife was sick from the food, I did call the health department because that place seems like a health hazard. And my food seemed microwaved, when we asked to see the owner a bold foreign guy came out and said he was the manager/owner but the real owner is at home so I asked him if he was really a owner or manager then he said he was the manager and basically told us we were wrong and the food is always good and fresh. It was the worse meal my wife ever had in this area. My wife's Prime Rib was tasteless, dry and overcooked. I had the Crap Imperial and my wife had the Prime Rib. Mind you not it took 1:30 minutes from the time we walked in the place to get our main meal. We finally got our main meal after 45 minutes our order was taken. The bathroom in this place was so filthy it makes you lose your appetite when you walk out. After finishing my appetizer I had to use the bath room and I wish I never did.

    The buffalo wings were terrible, it seemed to be a week old and it had a awful smell. I got some Buffalo Wings and my wife got some Cajun Steam Shrimp. It took the server another 20 minutes to take our order for 2 people & then it took just 30 minutes for our appetizers to come out. We waited 10 minutes to be seated and the place was not even packed. Terrible Service and average food at best.
